Return & Refund Policy
As a business that operates and ships directly from our physical location, we are committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free return process.
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to all orders placed with Apexworn within the United Kingdom and United States.
Returns are free of charge — no return shipping costs will be billed to the customer. We also do not charge any restocking fees.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
You can return your order using one of two convenient methods: by mail or in person at our physical store.
Returns By Mail
To start a return by mail, please contact us at support@apexworn.com to receive a pre-paid return label. Returns sent without a pre-paid label will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
In-Store Returns
You are welcome to return your item in person at our physical store during our business hours. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase. The store address is: 75 Hay Dr, Edinburgh, EH16 4AG, United Kingdom.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, such as gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you'd like instead.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take an additional 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
